Q. What is UCF Day of Giving?

UCF Day of Giving is an annual event that encourages alumni, students, parents, faculty, staff, fans and friends to donate to UCF and help us continue unleashing potential in people to positively impact the world. 


Q. When is UCF Day of Giving?

This 24-hour event takes place on Thursday, April 13, 2023.


Q. Why is it a single day?

Think of it as a virtual pep rally for UCF — A one-day event where we sharpen our focus and maximize the impact of every dollar. The day includes hourly challenges and friendly competition.


Q. Who can participate?

Anyone can give on UCF Day of Giving! Alumni, faculty, staff, parents, students and fans are all encouraged to support this annual event.


Q. Which programs can I support?

Donors can choose where their donation goes — any program, scholarship or college at UCF.


Q. What are hourly challenges?

Throughout the day, there are opportunities for you to earn bonus funds for your favorite programs and colleges. Learn more at dayofgiving.ucf.edu/prizes.


Q. How do I earn this year's exclusive UCF Day of Giving pins?

Anyone who makes a gift during UCF Day of Giving will receive an exclusive pin featuring a fan-favorite UCF icon. Make a gift during each of the following times to collect all four designs. Pins will be mailed following Day of Giving.

Knightro - between midnight and 5:59 a.m. and between 9 p.m. and 11:59 p.m.; Pegasus - between 6 a.m. and 10:59 a.m.; Spirit Splash Duck - between 11 a.m. and 3:59 p.m.; Citronaut - between 4 p.m. and 8:59 p.m.
